why hey there !

Well, I have had a month from blogging , but I'm back :)
Well . . . why would I decide to take a month off?
Honestly , it was a stack of revision and stuff for GCSEs. What an absolute killer ! 
11 subjects.19 exams.7 left. 
I cannot wait !

During exams, I have had to find a bit of fun, so I have been online shopping for my 2 main events in summer. 
The first being Prom. It is less a proper, formal 'prom' , more a smart casual end of exam party.
Even though we have a more relaxed dress code, it doesn't make it any easier to find the 'outfit'.
I said 'outfit' because I don't want to stick with tradition and have a dress.
I want to kind of 'break away' tradition, without looking ridiculous on all of the photos  :) 
So, I've come to the conclusion that a playsuit is the best way forward :)
regular readers will know that I seem to have a love affair with playsuits.

This one from Topshop, for £30, is pretty much perfect.

I love the contrast in smart and casual. 

jersey against lace.

 black and white against cream.

And I haven't even seen it in real life yet, ahaha :)

2nd event - a summer wedding. 

For this , I have absolutely no idea what to wear. 

I have certain 'rules' I have to follow. 

No cleavage.

No Black.

No white.

No miniskirts.

No floral patterns.

That pretty much counts out all of my wardrobe. 

I've found the shoes, but I don't have the dress to match.

Next. £45. Blash Frill Sandals.

With a budget of about £70, does anyone have any sugesstions?
