So I have been away for pretty much a month, off the blogging scene.
I've basically been way too busy.
Got my results, started 6th form, went to london, went to te lake district , and basically just did as little as possible. which included neglecting this blog ! but i'm back :)
I've got loads of stuf to post, but i'm off shopping, so will do that in a bit :) xx

Well isn't this going to be a post of all sorts ! haha.

I'm not going to lie, I'm in love with not having exams :) i finished 4 weeks ago, and i like it .

Work experience was the best. for 3 weeks , i was chucked into the deep end of a couple of law firms. At the beginning I was dubious; i expected to be made to do photocopying , answer the phones, that sort of stuff. But non! I was deceived by the stereotype of work experience. I was allowed to read past cases, and frequently visit court to watch the people in the wigs. It definitely made me focus on my future and what I want to do.Lawschool here I come :) Obviously, the main reason I loved work experinece was for the smart clothes ! Heres an example of what I wore:

£20 - high waisted river island trousers.

£8 - Tesco dotty blouse.

So. after 3 weeks of work experience , this week has been my week for shopping. The sales this season are lovely. I have to say, I have found quite a few nice bargains :)

First of all, this lovely pair of shoes from Primarni, for a measley £8. Similar to the white pumps that are so common right now, these are a light denim wash . despite how vile they sound, the look so so much better.

Secondly, a pair of rayban style shades , from the one , the only, urban outfitters.

I also went to Vero Moda, where I was pleased to find the tops to be buy one, get one free, so i got 2 tees, at £6 for both.

Well, I have had a month from blogging , but I'm back :)
Well . . . why would I decide to take a month off?
Honestly , it was a stack of revision and stuff for GCSEs. What an absolute killer !
11 subjects.19 exams.7 left.
I cannot wait !

During exams, I have had to find a bit of fun, so I have been online shopping for my 2 main events in summer.
The first being Prom. It is less a proper, formal 'prom' , more a smart casual end of exam party.
Even though we have a more relaxed dress code, it doesn't make it any easier to find the 'outfit'.
I said 'outfit' because I don't want to stick with tradition and have a dress.
I want to kind of 'break away' tradition, without looking ridiculous on all of the photos :)
So, I've come to the conclusion that a playsuit is the best way forward :)
regular readers will know that I seem to have a love affair with playsuits.

This one from Topshop, for £30, is pretty much perfect.

I love the contrast in smart and casual.

jersey against lace.

black and white against cream.

And I haven't even seen it in real life yet, ahaha :)

2nd event - a summer wedding.

For this , I have absolutely no idea what to wear.

I have certain 'rules' I have to follow.

No cleavage.

No miniskirts.

That pretty much counts out all of my wardrobe.

So, I haven't been here for a while, therefore I have lots of stuff .
1. I got my favourite compliment todayy :

It's because of the confidence thing, i talked about it a couple of posts ago.
It's nice to know that I am doing this right.

2. I really want some heeled gladiatiors to wear to wedding, but I cant decide between two pairs.
This lovely pair from Faith ORRR This even better pair from Marks and spencer.

3. IT was my birthday on the sundayy, and I had a lovely party.
But obviously the bit you are interested in is the presents :)
Clothes wise, I got a pari of trackies from Jack Wills, my favourite shop of all time :)

ELLIE GOULDING - STARRY EYED

Soo, this post is all about my purchases that I've kept on meaning to post , but haven't got around to.

And this will demonstrate my love for H and M, trustt me :D Okayy, first thing, is a lovely pair of lace tights that a friend gave to me for my fashion show and said I could keep :)

And inkeeping with the hoisery trend, I purchased a lovely floral pair from H and M for £3.99

I also got a lovely beige trench coat from H and M , at the bargain price of £20 :D

My last item of clothing is a great little silk floral circle skirt, from H and M , obviously :p

I love it because it twirls, but I couldnt get a good enough photo . . .So here are my attempts :D

While I was on my travels around the shopping centre, my eyes were drawn to a pair of platform trainers, from New Look for £25. They are so hideous, I love them ,and although I didn't buy them , I still took a photo :)

My friend told me I can pull them off, but personally . . I'm not sure :)

New month, new quote.

Well, I have lots of photos to post but I also have a lot to talk about .

Firstly, it's April :D

My favourite month, mainly because of my birthday ;)

but I had to change the quote of the month.

I made this one up, I just thinks it fits with my mood so much better at the moment.

I feel like I have suddenly got absolutely loads of confidence compared to a couple of months ago, and mostly due to a couple of friends that really have just given me such a boost.

There are no major problems with my friends , for the first time in 5 years, and that means I actually enjoy school rather than finding it a chore.

There isn't a guy, but actually, I don't mind at the moment, I am actually enjoying being single.

Also , my fear of public speaking seems to have disappeared. Before , I would practically wet myself if I had to speak in front of a class, but during my fashion show , I managed to get up in front of all 600 pupils in the school, and not even get nervous, although there was a microphone malfunction, which I just laughed at ,but if it had been a month earlier, I would have ran off crying .

I had to wear my GCSE textiles dress, and I am rather proud of it .

(I'm on the far left, staring at the microphone :D )

So, how did the catwalk go ?

Well , I will just show you the photos shall I ?

I wish I could go back, and do it all over again.

Secondly, I have some amazing news.

I'M GOING TO PARIS,BARCELONA AND AMERICA BABYY.

So so so excited :DD

I went out for a celebratory dinner last night , and it was so lovely, I tried panacotta and scallops for the first time ever .

Scallops have the texture of squid, but the taste of Cod, And panacotta tasted a bit like banana custard.

Dear H & M,

I am writing to express my concerns regarding your brand.

I do believe that I like too many of your collections, especially the Garden Collection.

As much as I do believe that this is good for business, it is not good for me, because all of my money goes to you.

I think this addiction is getting a bit too much, as this letter demonstrates, as the purpose of this letter is to ask when an online shop for the UK will be opened.

I would really find this beneficial to me, as I would be able to manage my money better.

My favourite offer is the £10 off all coats and blazers at the moment, it is just lovely.

I love the BBC, they always have a programme I can relate to on BBC switch, saturday mornings tv is the best everr.

The programme?
'Single, together, whatever.' is a series that follows a group of teenagers as they share their most intimate thoughts and feelings about first loves, first times, make-ups and break-ups.

This made me think.
What is love? A fantasy created to give all a universal idea to aspire to? Or is it a pleasantly intoxicating feeling, that makes everything seem way better than it already is?
If love exists, then will it last forever?
Is it real or just a placebo effect?
Will there ever be someone for me in this lifetime?
Am I just being cynical?
Or I am I pretending that love doesn't exist to make me feel better, as I have never experienced it ?

In actually fact,I am the biggest romantic that there ever is .
I love it when guys surprise me.
I like waking up to lovely texts, that make you smile.
I love hugs from behind.
And knowing you have someone to turn to, whenever, wherever, that will listen.

I always wished I could be a Russian Doll. A red one. With a big pair of bright blue eyes and painted on eyelashes and pink rosy cheeks. Really rosy. And my mouth would be painted on red like a bow. I'd have a flower on my chest - a rose - and two small little hands by my side. And then I could be un wrapped, two, three, four times until I was small. Really small.

Ok, Clogs. I know it is Chanel. I know that gives them instant cool. But I still dislike the shape, and the studs and just generally everything. Not Hot, maybe better if they weren't platform.
It's the way the veins pop out on the ankles in the most unattractive way that gets to me.

Breakfast at Tiffany's. It is my all time favourite, becuase I love Audrey Hepburn - I can watch that film over and over again :)

I started to have a look on the website, and I am blown away.

The items are just amazing, the attention to detail is second to none.

How I would love a blue box for my Birthday !

Founded, in 1837 in New York, Tiffany's is THE top jewellery store.

It is not just a shop, it is an EXPERIENCE.

The blue box that I am craving so much , was the idea of Charles Lewis Tiffany, the founder.

The New York Sun reported in 1906 the following;
